- 2 1/2 cups Self Rising Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup of water

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Once dry ingredients are mixed thoroughly slowly add in water to desired consistency.
In a large pan or griddle using a 1/4 cup measuring scoop, scoop out mix into the pan or griddle. Allow to cook for about a minute to a minute and a half the flip over and cook the other side.
When pancakes are done cooking remove from heat. ENJOY!!!!!!
